“The hotel is set on a hill with a beautiful view over the valley. The parking is excellent, secure and safe. The room was very nice, comfortable and quiet. We were travelling and stopped for the night. The wifi was strong and I was able to get some work done at the desk. There was also a mini refrigerator in the room as well as a bottle of water. They had a nice looking breakfast buffet. We did not have breakfast but it did look very good. We would absolutely stay here again and even spend more……

“Although the rooms were super clean, I found that the reception was not helpful at all except for one gentleman at night named Mohammed.”

“Die Zimmer waren sehr dreckig, der Mülleimer war nicht geleert, die Flure nicht sauber, kein deutschsprachiges Personal. Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen, des weiteren wird auch keine Rückmeldung vom Hotel gegeben, nachdem wir die Probleme angesprochen haben..”

“The bedroom was clean as expected. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was what we have come to expect in this type of hotel, plentiful.”

“Very close to Eltz castle!!! Breakfast was very good!”

“What a beautiful place to stay, an old convent, peaceful surroundings. There are no staff, however everything is easy to find, coffee machine, tea’s, a fridge full of drinks in the main entrance. (Honesty box) Three minute walk to the Lindhoffer Gaststätte for a typical German breakfast, plenty of Coffee etc. We ate there in the evening, the rump steak was delicious and tender, other options were superb. It’s not the Hilton ok !!! , but it’s a truly comfortable and cosy experience. Enjoy x”
